Claude Code — your business

> /morning-briefing

Loading overnight emails… checking calendar… reading yesterday's log…

✓ Good morning. You start in 12 minutes. Here's today.

Today's action plan

Before 1pm: reply to the enquiry from yesterday (15 min)

After 2:30: draft Friday's post (30 min)

If time: invoice for March

Schedule

1:00 pm — client call (Teams link ready)

3:30 pm — school run

Where you left off

Yesterday: drafted 3 replies, updated CRM, started Friday's post outline.

What's inside

Five skills. One kit.

Each one solves a job I used to do badly on bad days. You get the skill file, a dedicated setup guide, and inline notes explaining every placeholder you need to fill in.

  1. 01

    Morning briefing

A thirty-second summary every working day — what you did yesterday, what's on today, where you left off, what's on fire. Three modes: quick catch-up, full weekly view, and a mid-day handover when you switch machines. The external memory you probably wish you had.

  2. 02

    Daily log

Capture tonight so you don't have to remember tomorrow. Smart carry-forward: deduplicates against your task list, spots when a conversation has moved on, updates aging dates when you chase someone. Feeds the morning briefing automatically.

  3. 03

    Inbox processor

Triages your inbox into quick-replies, research, decisions, FYI, and waiting-on. Drafts replies straight to your Drafts folder (never sends). Groups similar work so you handle email in focused passes instead of one-at-a-time.

  4. 04

    Content pipeline

A state machine for content: idea → research → outline → draft → ready → published. Pulls real sources if you have web search connected. Flags pieces stuck too long. Matches your publishing schedule so you know what's covered.

  5. 05

    Task manager

Focus, active, recurring, backlog. A today-view that hides what doesn't matter today. Fuzzy matching finds tasks even when you shorten the name. Files, not apps — everything's a markdown file you can grep.

Plus

  • A step-by-step setup guide for every skill, written for tired brains
  • A "New to Claude Code?" primer so first-timers don't get stuck
  • Free updates for life when I improve the skills
Built for

People who don't have all day.

Solopreneurs running on fumes

You do marketing, delivery, admin, sales. By 4pm you've forgotten what you decided at 10am. You need the decision captured, not re-made.

Carers squeezing work between appointments

Your day gets interrupted. You can't always return to where you were. The briefing tells you exactly where you stopped and what actually matters today.

Parents working school hours

You have a four-hour window. You can't waste it figuring out what you did Thursday. You need the day ready before you sit down.

Anyone with brain fog, ADHD, long COVID, or a tired brain

Productivity advice assumes a brain that works reliably. These skills assume a brain that doesn't. They do the holding-things-in-your-head bit for you.

About the maker

Who's putting this out?

I'm Catherine. I run MHScot, a social enterprise that has trained more than 7,000 people across the UK and Ireland. I also run the AI Runs My Business YouTube channel, where I show exactly how I use these skills in real business days.

You'll see real testimonials here once the first 20 early-bird buyers come back with feedback. Until then, the proof is on the channel.

The first hour of your day, handled.

Stop starting from scratch every morning. Thirty seconds of AI does what thirty minutes of scrolling can't.

Questions

Answers.

Do I need Claude Code?

Yes. Claude Code is free to install. You'll need a paid Claude plan (from about £17/month) to run it. The setup walkthrough covers all of it.

Are these just prompts?

No. They're skill files, proper structured instructions that Claude Code reads before it does the work. More reliable than a prompt you paste once.

What if I'm not technical?

You don't need to be. If you can edit a text file and follow a step-by-step written guide, you can set these up. The pack includes a "New to Claude Code?" primer that covers the bits people stumble on first time.

Will they work in my line of work?

They're built around how a one-person business runs, not a specific sector. The morning briefing works for a copywriter, a coach, or a consultant equally well. You fill in the placeholders for your context.

Will they help if I only have an hour a day?

That's who they're built for. The whole point is to compress decision-making and context-recovery into as few minutes as possible.

What's the refund policy?

Early-bird buyers (£19): all sales final. You're getting 51% off in exchange for a testimonial, so the price itself is the trade.

Standard buyers (£39): 7-day refund if the skills don't work for you. No questions asked.

Do I get updates?

Yes, free for life. When I improve a skill, you get the new version.

How do I get the files after I pay?

Instantly. After checkout, Stripe redirects you to a page with a direct download link. The same link goes in your receipt email, so you can re-download any time.

What happens to my data?

Nothing leaves your machine. The skills run entirely inside your Claude Code session. Daily logs and task files are plain markdown on your disk. Email and calendar reads happen directly between Claude Code and Google (via your MCP connector). I never see any of it.
